LQA Thinking Organic

Our Philosophy “We Grow by helping our Customers Grow”

From the archeology of the business soul to the present day!

What should the corporate mission of a company in the agricultural sector be?
How many companies within this sector at origen of crop or destination of food ask that of themselves?
For me it’s clear, we must grow, helping our customers grow!
  • It’s essential to create “affective channels of comunication “ only achievable through a human team, committed, involved and inspired by the needs and the expectations of the customer, our team must be enthusiastic and passionate.
  • Organizations are the people and the union of all form, a kind of business comunity that travels in both directions:
Growers/Export and towards the Customer/Consumer.
  • As Tom Peters said; “If the CEO of the company takes care of his team, the team will take care of the product/service and therefore of the customer, the customer will take care of the benefits, the benefits of reinvestment and this of the innovation and the innovation of the future of the company”.
  • From LQA Thinking Organic, we work to be leaders in our organic courgette product, I’m not only referring to the volume, but also to the tangible and intangible “values“.
  • We must create complicity with the customer and consumer.
So that when they consume our organic courgettes it’s a unique and sensory experience. I’m not just talking about satisfying hunger. What we eat has a direct response to our health. We no longer only talk about food but about “culinary pleasure“.
  • The return to the origen of the natural and the correct diet. Now food hedonism and health are intimately linked.
  • Today the diversity of the average consumer is varied; vegans, vegetarians, pescaterians, part-time flexitarians…etc
  • We must promote the concept of “pleasure fot consuming healthy and organic food“.
  • That is also quality of life for our health and for our planet.
  • If we know how to provide “certainty” to the supply chain particularly during these uncertain times, there is no doubt customer satisfaction and therefore succes is closer.
